How To Order Fenris Custom Products
Ordering Custom Products From Us Is Easy
Just Follow The Steps Below:
(1) Design & Order
Start by going to the shop page and press "Design yours" on the preferred product. Design your perfect pair of Fenris product and place your order. If you find it difficult to decide product you can check out our buyers guide page or contact us.
(2) Get Your Ear Impressions
All our custom products require an impression of your ears. Find an Audiologist near you and schedule an appointment to get your ear impressions done. Please note, the cost of your ear impressions must be paid directly to the Audiologist and cannot be billed to Fenris Acoustics.
IMPORTANT: Please read and share the Impression Guide with your Audiologist. You need to fill in and add the Impression Packing Slip in the package when you send the impressions to us. (Please note that impressions can be rejected if the Impression Guide is not followed correctly and if parts of the molds lacks material according to the pictures in the document. In this case, your Audiologist need to take new molds of your ear and the faulty impressions will be included when we send out the final product to you).

(3) Ship You Ear Impressions
Now you're ready to ship your ear impressions. Please complete and include the impressions Packing Slip. This is a must so we can match your impressions accurately to your online order. For extra protection, please send your impressions in a hard box.
Please note, we highly recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number. Customers, both domestic and international, are responsible for all courier fees, import taxes, and/or customs charges where applicable. Fenris acoustics does not take responsibility for lost or stolen or damaged shipments before receipt has been confirmed by an official Fenris Acoustics representative.

Allow up to 1-3 business day for processing after your ear impressions arrive at the Fenris Acoustics facility. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation receipt of your impressions.
