Physical ear impressions are normally scanned and then disposed of after your order has been fulfilled, unless we need to keep them for a specific support, warranty, Fenris Care+ or dispute reason. Digital ear scan files and related fit data may be stored for up to 5 years after your last order or service request, unless we need to keep them longer for legal, warranty, Fenris Care+, safety, dispute or accounting reasons.
