The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the sale of products (“Products”) and services offered (“Services”) by Fenris Acoustics, (“Fenris Acoustics”) to Fenris Acoustics customers.

Orders
All orders placed by customers are subject to acceptance by Fenris Acoustics. After orders are placed, we may contact customers through email or phone regarding their order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason at any stage of the ordering process. Orders may be cancelled by Fenris Acoustics if there is a limitation on the quantity available for purchase or in the event of pricing or product information error. In the event of an order cancellation, customers will receive written notification of such cancellation.
Price
The prices for Products and services are those specified on this website. All Products and Services offered for purchase on this website are subject to availability. The prices stated for each Product and Service are subject to change without notice.
Payments
We only accept card payment with stripe at the moment. You agree to pay all charges and fees incurred in connection with a purchase (including any applicable taxes) at the price(s) in effect when the charge(s) are incurred.
Build Time
The build time for your Custom products is a rough estimate and is provided in an email confirmation we send you after Fenris Acoustics receives and approves your ear impressions. PLEASE NOTE that the build time begins from the moment we approve your ear impressions and not when you place your order. Your order may be delayed by rush orders and/or shop capacity. The current build time can be up to 6 weeks not including shipping. If you have a specific deadline for your order, we recommend you contact us for a Rush Processing option.
Rush Orders
For all Rush Processing orders, build time does not come into effect until we receive your online order, usable ear impressions and payment in full. Changes made after the initial payment may delay your order.
Build & Cosmetic Quality
Every IEM is tested and inspected in accordance to general industry standards. However, we cannot guarantee that our shells will be free of micro bubbles.Due to the differences in how displays present color, your monitors may look a bit different than they are presented on the designer. We cannot remake shells that are slightly different from what you expect.
Artwork
Due to the unique shape of each individual’s ear, the placement of supplied images may vary slightly. We will make every effort to reproduce the “preview" design as closely as possible. Artwork colors may vary and when darker logos are on darker face plates, the art may not be visible. We cannot reprint artwork that is different from expectations due to art color/face plate combinations. In the rare event that we are not able to place the artwork on your earpieces, you will be contacted by phone or email.
Monitor Size, Height & Sockets
The height of your custom in-ear monitors depends on the number of drivers, configuration of drivers, and size of your ear. We make every attempt to keep the profile as low as possible and to recess the cable jacks. We cannot guarantee that the jacks will be fully recessed or the height will be flush with your ears.
Customs For International Shipments
Customers are responsible for any local import/export fees or taxes due in connection with a purchase. All customs and declaration forms must be filled out accurately and honestly.
Limited Warranty
Fenris Acoustics offers a 1-year limited warranty on all the custom models. Fenris Acoustics warrants the in-ear monitors and earplugs models to be free from defects in materials and workmanship in either the external shell or internal components for a period of one year from the date of fulfillment. Fenris Acoustics will replace or repair custom models within warranty.
The warranty does not cover Physical or hardware damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, ear wax, excessive volume, shock, negligence, misuse of ear gel, acts of God, misapplication or cosmetic normal wear and tear. Damage caused by improperly or incorrectly performed maintenance or repair by an unauthorized third-party or person. Damage caused by modifications or alterations without the written permission of the company. Any defect that is attributable to any failure or damage, which is beyond the reasonable control of the company.
Cables are guaranteed not to be dead on arrival and have a 1-year limited warranty. Their repair or replace shall be at the discretion of Fenris Acoustics.
Sound Signature
We do not offer refunds of custom IEMs for reasons related to sound signature preferences. We suggest that you research the sound signature of our custom IEM model(s) prior to making a purchase. We spend countless hours perfecting the sound signature on our custom models and stand behind the sound quality and user experience. Since everyone hears differently, they may sound different to you than the curves indicate.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Fenris Acoustics, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from and against any claim, demand, loss or liability, including attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of this website.
Ear Impressions
Fenris Acoustics-approved ear impressions are required for all custom in-ear orders. All ear impressions are scanned and electronically filed. Once IEM order is shipped, physical ear impressions are disposed of. We will file the impressions you send us so that we have them in case you want to upgrade or buy a second pair. After 5 years they will be disposed of.
Although the impressions retain their shape for a long time, our ears don’t. Ears continue to grow as long as we are alive, which means that after about 5 years, your impressions will no longer produce a perfect in-ear monitor.
Monitor Safety
In-ear monitors are safer in most cases than floor wedges. We are not responsible for any damage to your ears from use or misuse of your Fenris Acoustics monitors. Please note, using only one monitor can be harmful to your long term hearing health.
Return Policy
If you opt to cancel your order of Product(s) before we build the Product, you must cancel the order within 4 business days after the order is placed. We will process your return and refund within 2 business days. It may take longer than 2 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. We are unable to offer a refund after a custom earphone Product has been built or after the build process has been started.
